瀝青砼拌制過程中瀝青混合料時而會出現(xiàn)質(zhì)量不穩(wěn)定或波動性大，諸此任何一種瀝青混合料，在規(guī)范化、機(jī)械化的流水作業(yè)施工中，都是很難保證瀝青砼路面的質(zhì)量。例如，混合料溫度不均勻或者原各種不同規(guī)格礦料組成的變異性大或生產(chǎn)過程中沒有經(jīng)常檢驗(yàn)各種不同規(guī)格礦料的顆粒組成，將導(dǎo)致流值、孔隙率的變化，從而影響路面質(zhì)量。

（1）根據(jù)配料單進(jìn)料和拌制，嚴(yán)格控制各種礦料和瀝青用量。（2）控制各種材料和瀝青混合料的加熱溫度。（3）拌和后的瀝青混合料均勻一致，無花白、無粗細(xì)料分離和結(jié)團(tuán)成塊等現(xiàn)象。（4）每班抽樣做瀝青混合料性能、礦料級配組成和瀝青用量試驗(yàn)。（5）每班拌和結(jié)束時，清潔拌和設(shè)備，放空管道中的瀝青。作好各項(xiàng)檢查記錄，不符合規(guī)定技術(shù)要求的瀝青混合料應(yīng)禁止出廠（場）。
