對于基礎工程瀝青作業(yè)要注意安全事項

3、噴灑瀝青時應該注意哪些安全?

噴灑瀝青時，手柄的噴油管部分應加纏舊麻袋或石棉繩等隔熱材料。操作時，噴頭嚴禁向上。噴頭附近不得站人，不得逆風操作。
When spraying asphalt, the fuel injection pipe part of the handle should be wrapped with old gunny bags or asbestos ropes and other heat insulation materials. During operation, the nozzle shall not be upward. No one is allowed to stand near the nozzle or operate against the wind.
4、濟南瀝青料攤鋪機應遵守哪些規(guī)定?

(1)駕駛臺及作業(yè)現(xiàn)場要視野開闊，清除一切有礙工作的障礙物。作業(yè)時無關人員不得在駕駛臺上逗留。駕駛員不得擅自離位。
(1) The bridge and the operation site should have a wide view and remove all obstacles that hinder the work. Irrelevant personnel shall not stay on the bridge during operation. The driver shall not leave the position without authorization.
(2)運料車向攤鋪機卸料時，應協(xié)調動作，同步行進，防止互撞。

(3)換擋須在攤鋪機完全停止進行，嚴禁強行掛擋和在坡道上換擋或空擋滑行。

(4)熨行板預熱時，應控制熱量，防止因局部過熱而變形。加熱過程中，須有專人看管。
