挖掘機(jī)工作無力主要有兩點(diǎn)原因

（一）發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)功率足夠，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常，而挖掘機(jī)作業(yè)速度緩慢，挖掘無力。
（1） The engine has sufficient power and operates normally, while the excavator operates slowly and is unable to excavate.
挖掘機(jī)的液壓泵多為變量柱塞泵，工作一定時(shí)間以后，泵內(nèi)部零件不可避免的產(chǎn)生磨損，造成內(nèi)漏，各參數(shù)數(shù)據(jù)不協(xié)調(diào)，導(dǎo)致流量不足、油溫過高，速度緩慢，不能建立起高壓，所以動(dòng)作緩慢無力。對(duì)于這類問題須卸下液壓泵進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)測(cè)量，確認(rèn)問題所在，更換不能繼續(xù)使用的配件，或修復(fù)可以繼續(xù)使用的配件，重新組裝后上校驗(yàn)臺(tái)調(diào)試，匹配各回路參數(shù)(壓力、流量、功率及變量等)。
The hydraulic pumps of excavators are mostly variable piston pumps. After a certain period of operation, the internal parts of the pump will inevitably wear, causing internal leakage. The data of various parameters are not coordinated, resulting in insufficient flow, high oil temperature, slow speed, and failure to establish high pressure, so the action is slow and ineffective. For such problems, it is necessary to remove the hydraulic pump for data measurement, confirm the problem, replace the parts that can no longer be used, or repair the parts that can continue to be used. After reassembly, perform bench testing and debugging, and match the parameters of each circuit (pressure, flow, power, variable, etc.).
挖掘機(jī)上一個(gè)重要液壓元件－多路分配閥，上面有主安全閥、二次閥、溢流閥、補(bǔ)油閥等。若這些閥所設(shè)定的壓力達(dá)不到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)壓力則導(dǎo)致挖掘無力。

另外，若閥桿與閥孔之間因?yàn)槟p而間隙過大，閥桿回位不完全、換向不到位，則大量?jī)?nèi)漏，導(dǎo)致流量不足，速度緩慢。
In addition, if the clearance between the valve stem and the valve hole is too large due to wear, the valve stem return is incomplete and the direction of rotation is not in place, a large amount of internal leakage will occur, resulting in insufficient flow and slow speed.
此類問題，應(yīng)當(dāng)卸下多路分配閥，送到實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)進(jìn)行調(diào)試，重新設(shè)定所有閥的壓力至標(biāo)準(zhǔn)壓力，消除閥桿與閥孔之間的間隙即可。
For such problems, the multi way distribution valve should be removed and sent to the test bench for debugging, and the pressure of all valves should be reset to the standard pressure to eliminate the gap between the valve stem and the valve hole.
（二）冷機(jī)時(shí)一切正常，熱機(jī)時(shí)動(dòng)作緩慢，挖掘無力。
（2） Everything is normal when the engine is cold, but the action is slow when the engine is hot, and the excavation is weak.
出現(xiàn)這樣的問題表明液壓泵內(nèi)部配件磨損嚴(yán)重，須更換泵內(nèi)易損件，并重新組裝、上調(diào)試臺(tái)校驗(yàn)調(diào)試。
The occurrence of such a problem indicates that the internal accessories of the hydraulic pump are seriously worn. The wearing parts in the pump must be replaced, and the test bench shall be reassembled and adjusted for calibration and commissioning.
挖掘機(jī)整機(jī)出現(xiàn)工作緩慢無力現(xiàn)象的另一個(gè)主要原因是液壓油變質(zhì)，因此，要注意監(jiān)控液壓油油質(zhì)(粘度，流動(dòng)性及有無懸浮物等)，按時(shí)更換符合規(guī)定的液壓油，就能很大程度上避免此類故障的發(fā)生。
